When Is a Humanitarian Residence Permit Given?

Human Trafficking Victim Permit
Foreigners who are subjected to human trafficking can be granted a thirty-day residence permit in order to recover from the effects of their experiences within the framework of a specific rehabilitation program and become able to cooperate with the authorities.

These permits can be extended for a period of time under certain conditions. However, during this period, victims should not re-contact the perpetrators of the crime. Otherwise, their permissions are revoked.
